KingOBD Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Join

These Terms & Conditions apply to all members who use the KingOBD platform and its services. By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms and conditions are provided in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any ambiguity in any clause, KingOBD's interpretation shall be considered final.

When registering with KingOBD, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registration using false or incomplete information may result in account termination at any time and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may only One Account can be opened.
• The mobile number and name provided at registration must match your payment profile.
• If multiple accounts are found on the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be closed.
• Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on KingOBD. Violations may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the Cash Out option may be used if it is active.
• KingOBD reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or left incomplete after it has started, the void policy will apply.
• In Live Betting, bets placed during odds changes only become valid once a confirmation message is received.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳ 200
• Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳ 5,00,000
• The name and number on your deposit method must match your registered account details.
• If a deposit fails, an automatic refund will be issued within 2 hours — if not, please contact support.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳ 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳ 2,00,000
• Withdrawal requests are typically 15–30 minutes processed.
• Additional verification may be required for your first large withdrawal.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

KingOBD offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and special event promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the respective offer page.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified Wagering Requirement must be met.
• Any unused bonus will be removed from your account once it expires.
• Bets placed using bonuses generally require minimum odds of 1.5 or higher.
• KingOBD reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers is strictly prohibited.

KingOBD takes a firm stance against all forms of fraud and misconduct. Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Account Fraud: Registering under a false identity or using someone else's information.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms and conditions.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Match Fixing: Knowing match outcomes in advance or participating in match-fixing.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Hacking Attempts: Attempting unauthorized access to the system.

KingOBD monitors all transactions and betting patterns. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended without delay.

KingOBD reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• For investigation purposes due to complaints or legal reasons.

Upon verification, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) in a permanently closed account will be returned. However, if prohibited activity is found, all balances will be forfeited.

You may request account closure at any time — both self-exclusion and permanent closure options are available.
